How to identify the tag
and what data to communicate to us.
Each appliance has a label, white or silver, often a little yellowed. Above is the exact model code: without that code the spare part risks not fitting. Below you will find where to look and which line we need to recommend the right piece.

There are dozens of numbers on the tag. We only need one, the field that each manufacturer calls differently. Search for your brand below and read which line to send us.

Washing machine
Where to lookOn the door frame, or on the front around the seal. On top-loading washing machines, you'll find it inside the filter door.

Where to lookOn the upper edge of the door (it is visible when opening it), or along one of the two internal sides.

Where to lookRemove the vegetable drawer: the plate is glued on the side wall, on the right or left.

Where to lookAlong the oven door frame (visible by opening it) or on the upper part, near the seal.

Where to lookAlong the oven door, on the front where the gasket is positioned, or in the food compartment under the oven.

Where to lookOn the underside of the hob. To read it you have to remove it from the recess or point the phone camera in mirror mode.

Where to lookOn the door frame, around the seal, or on the back of the cabinet together with the electrical data.

Where to lookOn the lower base of the appliance (blenders, robots, coffee machines) or on the back of the frame: turn over and read the glued label. Vacuum cleaners: under the machine body, near the cable housing.

Conditioner
Where to lookIndoor unit (wall split): on the right side, usually under the delivery fins. Outdoor unit: on the side near the copper connections and the electrical connection.
